Current Scenario
Background
The refugees are the people who tend to leave their country in order to escape war, persecution, or natural disaster. However usually when they are in this situation immediate and organised support and help is a matter of concern. Building a supportive organised system for the refugees as well as the provider will help to reduce the problems faced by the refuges to ask for the goods and basic necessities with an aim of rehabilitating from one place to another.
Purpose
In the point of view of the providers, the aim is to fulfil the following purpose:
How might we support social wellbeing of the refugees and needy out there and enable them to live sufficient life with basic necessities and confidence?

An application based system where the refugees and providers can share a platform where they can provide and receive the resources and the recycle store people being the middle men can provide a communication connection between the two of them. The app based system is mainly focused in coming with the refugee point of view, we have our wide target as different typed of refugees

Why Research is needed
I conducted digital questionnaire and interpretations for this project. As a design researcher I tried understanding the competitor review to understand the pain points and desires of the refugees. Online questionnaire including 06 identified users and 3 caregivers, and observation that provided insights of core user needs and market potentials.
Scoping the Brief
The app based system is mainly focused in coming with the refugee point of view, we have our wide target as different typed of refugees. To synthesise the data collected and find out the common themes, we leveraged design needs and consulting model to frame 4 essential needs and user groups :
The Users in the following process of Refugee Resource support system considered are as follows: - Donators/ Sponsors - Providers - Refugee - Recycling Store Men - Rag Pickers
User journey & Scenario
Based on the data collected, I created personas, user journey, scenario, user value statements and user journey to frame the needs and context of our target users and identify the touch points of design.
Ideation & Design Validation
I tested the design concepts with 2 rounds of concept wireframe testing. Instilling UX methods into the project, I did some brainstorming session that strived to create an environment for the help seekers and the rag pickers to earn and living. Also combining the ideas in an hour session and grouped ideas of common values into design concepts.
Understanding the Limitations of the System :
1) Lack of interpreters and uncertainty over what language the patient speaks.
2) Lack of a shared understanding of health issues and healthcare systems.
3) Difference in understanding of health, disease and treatment.

This solution to the brief focused on the design and kept iterating on the forms and functionality. I also iterated and further narrowed down the solution brief to feature level and brand impression based on design review and testing feedback.

Im going to flash one of them here! across the 4 essential needs discovered during research. So here my User is the Donator/ Sponsors who are willing to provide or donate resources in daily basis which can be tied up to event management, the normal public or even NGO's. Instead reaching out to different NGO's where they might already have things stocked up.
The Donators can use this application to know where the need is what the need is based on their donations, which can be a product, money or any requirement which might help the refugees or help seekers also.
Login - Sign In
A vision for an intelligent, integrated, service provider platform between the help seekers and the help providers in terms of crisis or even daily basis. This app will protect the user with integrating their details with Aadhar or government related profile so as to check the security and keep a track on the items which are being carried out.
Suggestions based on user scenario & context
The app suggests the users with refugee aid camps nearby or even help centres which store the products for the refugees or the help seekers. However as the donator can provide help according to the category selected and help, after which the Management team will come to pick up your donations and you can track them for further records as well.
What Category?
Our design provides a centralised view of information from the Management team, the origin, donation cause and catrgory an include any product or service based on user requirements. The categories can be as follows :
a) Clothes
b) Food from events - Unused / Leftout
c) Books which can help children there
d) Shelter and many more
