To develop a system of the handicapped old age Community where people with disabilities, their families and other disadvantaged groups have equal rights and good quality of life in terms of independency of the handicapped for or during travel. Mobility impaired refers to the inability of a person to use one or more of his/her extremities, or a lack of strength to walk, grasp, or lift objects. The use of a wheelchair, crutches, or a walker may be utilised to aid in mobility. The changes that occur with aging can lead to problems with
a person's ability to move around, or mobility. Mobility problems may be unsteadiness while walking, difficulty getting in and out of a chair, or falls. The number one mobility problem that older people experience is falls.

Enhance the quality of life of people with disabilities, their families and other disadvantaged groups by:

1) Assisting in travel duration.
2) Promoting Inclusive Development & Rights Based Approach.
3) Making medication services accessible in unreached areas during every time.
4) Human Resource Development in Disability and Rehabilitation
5) Capacity Building of grassroots organisations in the field of disability & development through effective partnerships.
6) Development and promotion of appropriate travel agencies.
